Usage and dosage for HIV-1 treatment: The dose is 300 mg (1 tablet) each time, once a day, orally, on an empty stomach or with food. Dose adjustment for adults with renal impairment When tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is administered to subjects with moderate to severe renal impairment, drug exposure is significantly increased (see [Pharmacokinetics]). For patients with a baseline creatinine clearance rate of <50 mL/min, the administration interval of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate should be adjusted as follows.
