FUNCTION and INDICATIONS
With a low-protein diet, it can prevent and treat the damage caused by the disorder of protein metabolism caused by chronic renal insufficiency. It is usually used for patients with a glomerular filtration rate of less than 25 ml per minute. A low-protein diet requires an adult’s daily protein intake of 40 grams or less.
INGREDIENTS
It is a compound preparation containing 1 calcium hydroxyamino acid, 4 calcium ketoamino acids and 5 amino acids. Its composition: 59mg of racemic hydroxymethionine calcium, 53mg of threonine, 67mg of racemic ketoneisoleucine, 101mg of ketoleucine calcium, 68mg of ketophenylalanine calcium, 86mg of ketovaline calcium, lysine Acetic acid 105mg, tryptophan 23mg, histidine 38mg, tyrosine 30mg. Total calcium/tablet 1.25mmol≈50mg total nitrogen/tablet 36mg.
DESCPRIPTION
This product is yellow film-coated tablet, white after removing the film coating.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
Oral. 1. 3 times a day, 4~8 tablets at a time, swallow the whole tablet during meal. Follow your doctor's advice if necessary. This dose is calculated based on 70kg adult body weight. 2. For patients whose glomerular filter rate is less than 25 ml per minute, this product can be used for a long time with a low-protein diet of no more than 40 grams per day (adults).
REFERENCES
ADVERSE REACTION
Hypercalcemia may occur. If hypercalcemia occurs, it is recommended to reduce the intake of vitamin D. If hypercalcemia persists, reduce the dose of this product and reduce the intake of other calcium-containing substances.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
1.Hypercalcemia, blood pressure and amino acid metabolism disorders.
2.When using this product for patients with hereditary ketonuria, be aware that this product contains phenylalanine.
Warning
1.This product should be taken during meals to make it fully absorbed and converted into corresponding amino acids. Blood calcium levels should be monitored regularly and sufficient calories should be taken.
2.Do not use this product if the property changed.
3.Keep out of reach of children.
4.If you are using other drugs, please consult your doctor before using this product.
DRUG INTERACTION
1.Simultaneous use with other calcium-containing drugs can increase blood calcium levels.
2.When uremia patients take this product for treatment, if aluminum hydroxide is used at the same time, the dosage of aluminum hydroxide should be reduced. Note the drop in blood phosphorus levels.
3.In order not to affect drug absorption, drugs that combine with calcium to form insoluble complexes (such as: tetracycline, quinolones such as ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin, iron, fluoride, and drugs containing estramustine, etc. ), should not be taken at the same time as the prescription. The interval between these drugs and the prescription should be at least 2 hours.
4.Elevated blood calcium can increase the sensitivity of cardiac glycoside drugs, and therefore also increase the risk of arrhythmia.
