*Dosage and Administration*: Take with warm water or light salt water; alternatively, dissolve the pill in hot water and drink. It is recommended to take on an empty stomach.
Suggested dosage:
- *For youthfulness and vitality*: Take 1 bottle twice a week, half a bottle in the morning and the other half in the evening.
- *To relieve menstrual discomfort and improve constitution*: Take 1 bottle three times a week, half a bottle in the morning and the other half in the evening.
