FUNCTION and INDICATIONS
For chronic gastritis and relief of stomachache, heartburn (heartburn) and acid regurgitation caused by hyperacidity.
INGREDIENTS
0.3 grams of potassium bismuth citrate (equivalent to 0.11 grams of bismuth) each bag. Excipients are: mannitol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

1gx56bags/box. USAGE AND DOSAGE
Oral, with 30~50ml warm water. Adults take 1 sachet at a time, 4 times a day, the first 3 times are taken half an hour before three meals, and the 4th time is taken 2 hours after dinner; or 2 times a day, 2 sachets in the morning and evening.

ADVERSE REACTION
During taking the medicine, there may be an ammonia odor in the mouth, and the tongue coating and stool will be gray-black, which will disappear on its own after stopping the medicine; occasionally nausea and constipation may be seen.
CONTRAINDICATIONS

Warning

① Large doses of this drug can cause reversible nephropathy, which occurs within 10 days.
② Treatment of overdose: first aid, gastric lavage, repeated use of activated carbon suspension and laxatives, monitoring of blood and urine bismuth concentration and renal function, symptomatic treatment. When the blood bismuth concentration is too high and accompanied by renal dysfunction, it can be treated with complex therapy of dimercaptosuccinic acid or dimercaptopropanol. Severe renal failure requires hemodialysis.

PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION
The main component of this product is tripotassium bismuth dicitrate. In the acidic environment of the stomach, a diffuse protective layer is formed to cover the ulcer surface, preventing gastric acid, enzymes and food from attacking the ulcer. This product can also reduce the activity of pepsin, increase the secretion of mucin, and promote the release of prostaglandins from the mucosa, thereby protecting the gastric mucosa. In addition, this product has a killing effect on Helicobacter pylori (HP), which can promote the healing of gastritis.
